How to Report a Healing Group

To report a healing group, login to your Trauma Healing Institute account, and click "my reporting."

If your healing group was listed on the THI events page, it will show up under ""unreported events." If your report was not listed on the THI events page. Click "report an event."

Fill out all the information of the first page, including the event type. Note that fields with red asterisks are required.

The "materials" dropdown will not be available until the "main facilitator" is selected. Materials are available to facilitators trained in that material. So if you are reporting on an event that used teens trauma healing material, but the facilitator is not certified to lead teens trauma healing, you will not be able to complete the report.

Click "save and next."

Complete the second step of the report by listing the number of participants who attended and completed the healing group.

Click "confirm and next."

If your group size is outside the recommended size range (4-12 participants), you will get a warning message.

Complete the third and final step of the healing group report by choosing your audience, lessons covered, and success or challenges.

If desired, you can upload files or links of testimonies, schedules, or additional reports.

Click "save."

Your healing group report is now complete and will show under "reported events."

If needed, you can edit the report after it has been submitted by clicking "edit report." Please note that you cannot edit the event type, materials used, or the main facilitator after the event has been submitted.
