How to Report an Activity that Contains Confidential Facilitators and/or Locations

Confidential designation comes from countries or locations where Trauma Healing activities may pose safety concerns to facilitators or participants.

Click "My Reporting"

Choose the event type. In this example, we will click "Equipping Session."

Because this event was not listed on the THI events page, we will click "Report an event. " If your event was listed on the THI events page, you will find it under "unreported events."

Select the “This session has confidential participants” checkbox.

Click "Private". Fill in the rest of the required information on this page.

At the bottom of this page, select the “Confidential” checkbox.

Click "Save and next"

On the next page, you can add your Initial Equipping participants by either inputting their email address OR by their first/last name. Only use the first/last name feature if someone does not have an active email. Simply enter the participant’s first and last name, and the system will create a placeholder email for them. If several participants have the same name, a number will be added to their name to avoid confusion.

Once all your participants have been added, click "Confirm and next". To learn more about completing an Initial Equipping report, please find the "How to Report an Initial Equipping".
