Coordinators: How to Generate a Report that Shows Materials Used in Equipping Sessions Within a Certain Country

As a reminder, the THI database is protected by international privacy laws. Information within the database cannot be shared. When you signed the Coordinator Access and Authorized User Terms of Agreement Policy, you agreed that data would be used for reporting purposes only, and that you cannot share, edit or delete any users data.

The purpose of this tutorial is to help those who may be wondering "What material has been most used in equipping sessions through (insert time range) within XYZ Country?".

Step 1: After logging into the THI Database, select "Equippings" in the top navigation bar and then "Total by Material: Country, Age, Audience" under "Views". 

Step 2: Select your location country, audience age (as in were you working with adults, children, or teens), audience (select ANY if this doesn't apply to your search), and end date. Press Execute Query. 

Step 3: For example, this report shows that in the United States throughout all of 2025, the following materials were used in equipping sessions as well as the number of people who were trained in that material. HWT Classic Adult resulted in 35 equippings with 261 people; Finding Our Comfort in God was used in 1 equipping with 8 people, and so on. 

Step 4: If you want to see which equipping sessions used those materials, click "Details" next to the material name and a more detailed report will populate on the next screen.
