Coordinators: How to Generate a Report for Activities Completed in a Country

As a reminder, the THI database is protected by international privacy laws. Information within the database cannot be shared. When you signed theCoordinator Access and Authorized User Terms of Agreement Policy, you agreed that data would be used for reporting purposes only, and that you cannot share, edit or delete any users data.

Select "Activities" in the navigation tab and then "Activities by Country".

Select your country (or countries) and date range. Then, "Execute Query". This report is asking for all activities that occurred within the United States in 2025.

The report that populates on the next page shows all activities that occurred within your selected date range and country. If you wish to export this report to further filter, select "Export" and then your preferred format of report.

Reminder! Per the THI Privacy Policy, you are prohibited from downloading any data from the THI Database and distributing it.
