Coordinators: How to Generate a Report for Finding a List of Facilitators in a Particular Country

As a reminder, the THI database is protected by international privacy laws. Information within the database cannot be shared. When you signed the Coordinator Access and Authorized User Terms of Agreement Policy, you agreed that data would be used for reporting purposes only, and that you cannot share, edit, distribute, or delete any users data.

Step 1: For reporting facilitators within a country, click on “Facilitators” tab on the top navigation. Then click "Facilitators by Country" under "Views". 

Step 2: Select "Details" next to the country name in which you are searching. 

Step 3: The next screen will populate a list of facilitators who have the country listed as a "Country of Ministry" and/or "Country of Residence" in their profile. 

Step 4: If you wish to export this report for further filtering, click "Export" at the top of the table and choose which format you prefer.
