How to View a Facilitator Record in the THI Database
As a reminder, the THI database is protected by international privacy laws. Information within the database cannot be shared. When you signed the Coordinator Access and Authorized User Terms of Agreement Policy, you agreed that data could be use for reporting purposes only, and that you cannot share, edit or delete any users data.
You can search for facilitators in The THI Database by using their primary email, contact name, or both. From the “facilitators” tab click on “search for facilitator” view on the left-hand side of the screen in the "Views" menu.

When using contact name or primary email, avoid spelling mistakes or extra spaces for more accurate results. For contact name, use both and last name, or just last name.
When you click “execute query”, it will populate the results below.
Click “view” (If you click on their name in the column titled ‘contact’ it will take you to their contact record, not their facilitator record where their certifications and record of trauma healing activity are record)

On the facilitator's record page, you can:
- Edit Certifications: Accessible for both Coordinators and Master Facilitators.
- Edit Other Details: Coordinators can edit additional information, including countries of ministry and facilitator activities. Coordinators cannot edit any personal information, such as name or email address.

To view or edit specific sections of the facilitator’s record (e.g., “Countries of Ministry,” “Certifications,” or “Facilitator Activities”), scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the corresponding blue tabs.
Use this FAQ to change facilitator certifications.
