How to Report an Advanced Equipping
From your Trauma Healing Institute dashboard, click "my reporting."

If your Advanced Equipping was listed on the THI, events page, it will show up under "unreported events" and you can report it from there. If your event was not listed on the THI events page, click "report an event."

Under "choose event type," click "equipping." Under "choose equipping level" click "advanced."

Fill out the necessary information. (If your event was listed on the THI events page, this page should already be filled out).
The materials dropdown cannot be selected until the main facilitator has been selected. This is because materials are only available with the appropriate certifications.
Click "save and next."

For step 2 of the reporting process, click "add" to add event participants.

Advanced equipping participants can only be added by email address. Ensure the email address you are using is the on listed as the primary email address on their THI account.

If participants are under or over qualified for an event, you will get the yellow warning box. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Select the participants by clicking on the checkbox next to their primary email, and click "add."

Click "save and next."

If the participant group size is outside the recommended size of 4-20, you will receive a pop-up warning. You can either edit the group or confirm and move forward.

For step 3 of the reporting process, select the audience, the lessons covered and share the successes/challenges of the group. Optionally you can upload files or videos from the group under "testimonies."

Click "select participant certification and mentor," and input whether each attendee passed or not, whether they are receiving the certification of Healing Group Leader or Training Facilitator, list their Trauma Healing mentor, and add any comments you may have.

Once done, click "confirm."

Click "save."

Well done! Your Advanced Equipping report is now complete. You can view it under the "reported events" tab on your dashboard by clicking "equipping session" and "reported events." If you need to edit the report, you can do so by clicking "edit report" in the bottom left hand corner of the event.
